The Heartbeat of God
Proverbs 11:30 – The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.
God love souls and wants to see the whole world reached with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Hopefully you are reaching the lost wherever you live and go. While you are doing so, missionaries have responded to a burden to reach souls in the uttermost parts of the earth–from foreign lands to inner cities and from children to senior citizens. They are all precious in his sight!
The Missions Club exists to connect Faith Baptist Church families to our supported missionaries to provide prayer support, encouragement, and inform the church about missionary needs, victories, and ministries. Missions are the heartbeat of God so, while many cannot go to the field themselves, the Missions Club provides an opportunity for church members to be personally involved, invested, and engaged with those who are on the front lines of reaching souls for the Lord Jesus Christ.
From time to time, we sponsor missions trips to provide help to our missionaries and give the Holy Spirit increased opportunity to mold the hearts of Christians. After all, “Mine eye affecteth mine heart” (Lam. 3:51)!
